• Organizers: Responsible for providing accurate event information and fulfilling ticket obligations.
• Vendors: Responsible for delivering services as described in their profiles.
• Fees: We charge a platform fee on every transaction as configured in the system.

3. Payouts and Withdrawals

Organizers can request withdrawals of their accumulated balance. Payouts are subject to verification and may take 24-48 hours to process. We reserve the right to hold funds in case of disputes or suspicious activity.

4. Refund Policy

Refund policies are set by individual organizers. We may intervene in case of fraudulent activity or if an event is cancelled without a clear refund path.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the marketplace be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
